I, being the subject of personal data, hereby, in accordance withthe legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data, in particularthe Federal Law of July 27, 2006
No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» (hereinafter referred to as the Law on Personal Data), provide Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter - Consent) to the Operator: (Individual Entrepreneur Korobkova Tatyana Valerievna, TIN 930301715743)
For the purposes of:
grounds: Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Federal Law "On Advertising" of 13.03.2006 N 38-FZ; Federal Law "On Accounting" of 06.12.2011 N 402-FZ
use of the site, mini-application Telegram in the network «Internet» at the network address: https://unitee.space/, including subdomains and their pages (hereinafter - the Site);
identification of me as a User for the provision and rendering of services;
provision by the Operator of feedback, including sending notifications, requests concerning the use of the Site, rendering of services, processing of requests and applications from me as a User, consulting me on the proposed services;
execution of obligations to me as a User under agreements concluded with the Operator (in particular, the public offer for the provision of services and other contracts, agreements performed by the Operator. The execution of obligations, in particular, includes informing about the date and time of classes, webinars (including, but not limited to, by sending SMS messages, calls, using messengers and social networks, sending a notification to the email address provided by me as a User);
confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User;
placement on the Operator's Site, in official social media groups and other communities of the Operator on the Internet, other advertising and information sources, for purposes not related to the establishment of my identity:
- video, photo, text materials obtained during the provision of services;
- reviews left by me as a User about the services provided by the Operator.
sending of informational newsletter of news and advertising nature about new information Products/Services and special offers of the Operator within the limits permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
provision to me, as a User, of effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Site and/or the provision of services;
improvement of the quality of service to Users and modernization of the Operator's Site by processing requests and applications from me as a User;
conducting statistical and other studies based on anonymized information provided by me as a User.
Consent to the processing of personal data
filling in the appropriate form, namely by placing a checkmark by me personally in the corresponding field, which allows to establish and confirm that it was I who filled in the specified form, I give my consent to the Operator for the processing of my personal data provided by me personally.
For what actions was the Consent given
collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
What categories of personal data are allowed to be processed
Name, Telegram username (nickname), contact phone number, email address, link to social networks
I allow the transfer of data to third parties
LLC «Prodamus» and other payment operators and banks, if necessary for the purposes indicated above.
Guarantees of the personal data subject
I guarantee that the personal data provided by me to the Operator for the purposes indicated above are complete, accurate and reliable as of the date of their provision.
Conditions for granting Consent
The consent is given by me consciously and voluntarily for the period until the achievement of the purposes of personal data processing (specified in this consent) with the possibility of unilateral withdrawal at any time.
Notification of withdrawal of Consent
I am notified that this Consent can be withdrawn in accordance with Part 2 of Article 9 of the Personal Data Law by sending an application for withdrawal of consent to the email address: [email protected].
What happens when Consent is withdrawn
In case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in paragraph 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data», other personal data are subject to destruction or anonymization within 30 days from the date of receipt of the written withdrawal of this Consent.
